Ever use wifi when you are out and about? There’s a bit of a change coming up.

From 1 July 2013, as an O2 customer you’ll need to use O2 Wifi hotspots to get online instead of hooking up to BT Openzone. If you are already registered to O2 Wifi, each time you are in one of O2’s hotspots you will be connected, automatically.

However if you aren’t already registered, you can register by downloading the ‘O2 Wifi’ app to your phone as shown on this link: https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/my/app

There are over 8000 free wifi hotspots to choose from, with more popping up all the time. You’ll find them all over the country in handy places like Costa, All Bar One, McDonald’s, House of Fraser stores and CafĂ© Rouge.

They’re free, fast, and won’t eat into your data allowance.
